Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Divinity Code ("the Service"), operated by Pandora Ninety LLC at divinitycode.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Divinity Code provides numerology chart generation, compatibility analysis, and AI-generated interpretive readings based on Pythagorean numerology principles. The Service is provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING. Any decisions made based on information from this Service are made at your own risk.

3. Celebrity and Public Figure Content

The Service may offer compatibility readings or other content involving celebrities, public figures, or other well-known individuals. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These readings are based solely on publicly available information and numerological analysis
• They are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by the celebrities or public figures referenced
• No actual relationship, communication, or connection exists between you and any celebrity or public figure mentioned
• Celebrity content is provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only
• We make no representations about the accuracy of public information used in these analyses

Celebrities and public figures have not participated in, reviewed, or approved any content generated about them through the Service.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

5. Purchases and Tokens

Certain features require the purchase of tokens. All purchases are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency
• Tokens do not expire
• We reserve the right to modify token pricing at any time

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact support for any billing disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software—are owned by Pandora Ninety LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. User Content and Data

By submitting personal information (names, birthdates, context for readings), you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your personal data.

Generated readings and charts are created for your personal use. You may share them using our sharing features, but you may not commercially exploit generated content without permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent any security measures
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Numerology readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment purposes only. We make no claims regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated by the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANDORA NINETY LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pandora Ninety LLC and its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pandora Ninety LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
